current & upcoming gallery exhibits and openings “UNBELIEVABLY BEAUTIFUL”: Lanene Aspey-Smith
“Unbelievably Beautiful” is the title page of a book artist Lanene Smith-Aspey created after her Mother died. Her drawings and journalistic entries are an intimate record of being present to a loved ones deathing process. In addition to samples from the book, selected artworks (paintings, drawings and collages) from throughout Ms. Smith-Aspey’s artistic career will be on display. Her landscapes, portraits and fabric arts will be on exhibit at Just Imagine Creative Center from October 21st through November 20th.
